5000 sq. ft. home on lake Charlevoix, Michigan.Program: seven bedroom house designed for a retired couple over seeing a lake and used year round with heavy use by extended family during the summer season. Entrance at second floor with kitchen dining, deck and bedroom all on one level to avoid going upstairs. Other bedrooms are above and below. Residence backs up to a hill, allowing this second floor configuration and great views of the lake from the second floor. Structural system: wood framing with steel beams.
